Bone charcoal production process
Deproteinization
Put the raw bones into a high-pressure water tank, add an appropriate amount of water, and boil them at 150 degrees Celsius for 2 hours to turn the bones into protein-free, de-gelatinous bone blocks, and then dry them
Calcination
The deproteinized dry bone pieces are placed in a high-temperature rotary furnace using natural gas as fuel and calcined at a temperature above 1250 degrees Celsius for 1 hour or at 1300 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes. During this process, the 'N' is perfectly minimized and all bacteria are completely burned out
Crush
The calcined bone meal blocks are crushed and then sieved into different specifications using a vibrating screen. The common specifications include 60-100,0-3,2-8, etc
